We aim for total transparency and fairness in our payment and refund process. Here’s what you need to know about how refunds work at Bee Digital Marketing Agency (BDMA).

1. Transparency and Assurance

We are committed to:

  • Delivering value through carefully tailored digital services
  • Providing clear project scopes and expectations before payment
  • Honoring client trust with professional conduct throughout

2. Prepaid Services (Marketing, SEO, Ads)

Due to the time-sensitive and strategic nature of digital marketing services:

  • All payments are non-refundable once services begin or access to tools is initiated.
  • Campaigns paused or halted due to client delays or non-responsiveness do not qualify for refunds.

3. Website Design & Development

  • A 50% upfront payment initiates the project.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
  • If a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment and no work has started, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation Procedure

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@beedigital.co.in.
  • We will review the progress and, if eligible, initiate refund processing.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Service disruption due to client-side changes
  • Partial or paused work initiated by the client
  • Breach of agreement or scope misalignment due to misinformation
